Two universal casters allow operators to stand away from high-pressure reel zone for safe remote operation. Working Principle
The HTDG200-105 yard spooler relies on the coiled tubing unit injector hydraulic pump as power. Main drive circuit: Drives the hydraulic motor to rotate reducer & spooling chain for reel rotation. Auxiliary hydraulic circuit: Controls clamping cylinder to lock/release reels, and levelwind motor to drive bidirectional lead screw for forced neat tubing arrangement.
