It achieves a maximum continuous pulling force of 140,000 LBS and snubbing force of 70,000 LBS, supporting larger 2"~3.5" coiled tubing, ideal for ultra-deep high-pressure reservoirs, offshore intervention and heavy sour gas well operations. This heavy-duty injector adapts to extreme outdoor environments from -20℃ to 55℃, resisting wind, sand, rain, snow and high humidity. All operator-contact sharp edges are blunted to comply with HSE safety standards. Hydraulic and electrical interfaces are clearly marked with stainless steel nameplates, pressure gauges adopt uniform PSI units and pass seismic resistance testing. All structural steel undergoes sandblasting & pickling rust removal before coating with standard 3020 red anti-corrosion paint. Dual imported Linde HMV165 variable displacement piston motors drive Rexroth GFT110 planetary reducers via spline shafts to rotate sprockets and 200-type heavy transmission chain. Motors default to full displacement; displacement automatically decreases when working pressure exceeds 120 PSI for precise low-speed control. Each motor is fitted with integrated static pressure release brake and Linde CBV balance valve to prevent tubing runaway, stable enough for offshore ultra-heavy load holding.
2. Five-Pair Multi-Stage Constant Pressure Clamping System
5 pairs of clamping cylinders divided into upper (2 pairs), middle (1 pair) and lower (2 pairs) clamping groups, each matched with independent 1L accumulator to maintain stable clamping pressure. Multi-group wide-range clamping design realizes uniform full-surface grip on large-size 2"~3.5" coiled tubing, minimizing slip wear and tubing deformation during long-time pulling & snubbing.
3. Heavy-Duty 200-Type Transmission Chain with 82 Slips
Adopts special 200 super heavy-load transmission chain, equipped with total 82 slip bases. Each slip base is installed with dual roller bearings and slips, connected by spring pins for fast on-site disassembly & replacement without hoisting the injector. Four tension cylinders and dual sprockets keep the chain consistently tightened during continuous ultra-heavy-load operation.
4. 120" Hydraulic Foldable Large Radius Guide Gooseneck
Hydraulically controlled folding 120" large-radius gooseneck with 5 built-in guide rollers. Top 3 roller boxes hydraulically open/close, others manually locked with high-strength anti-jump fasteners to stop tubing popping out. All roller shafts reserve grease lubrication holes, complete with dedicated 2" roller set and climbing maintenance ladder; folding control valve is integrated on the base for convenient operation.
5. Explosion-Proof 4-20mA Electronic Load Transducer
24V explosion-proof load cell outputs standard 4–20mA signal: 12mA for zero load, 19mA corresponds to 140,000 LBS pulling load, 8.5mA corresponds to -70,000 LBS snubbing load. Complete with matching cable and plug for direct connection to CT unit control panel, providing real-time accurate load monitoring for well safety control.
6. 72T Super High Load-Bearing Foldable Frame & Complete Safety Design
