Product Overview

Coiled tubing lubricator is a critical well control component matched with quad ram BOP and side door stripper, installed above blowout preventer to form sealed tubing running channel during CT intervention. It isolates wellbore high-pressure fluid, prevents liquid/gas leakage when coiled tubing enters and exits wellhead, guarantees safe snubbing, acidizing, plug milling and fracturing operations.

We supply three mainstream specifications: 4-1/16" 10K, 5-1/8" 10K, 5-1/8" 15K lubricators. All wetted metal materials strictly comply with NACE MR-01-75 anti-hydrogen sulfide standard, suitable for conventional and sour oil & gas wells. Adopt standard male-female union connection for fast on-site assembly, independent segmented splicing design, flexible length matching per wellsite requirement. Working pressure covers 10,000PSI and 15,000PSI grades, matching 40K/60K/80K/100K modular skid coiled tubing units of different pulling loads (80K heavy-duty CT rig available).

Standard Male-Female Union Quick Connection

CB44 / CO54 / CO56 industry standard male & female union joints, perfectly dock with matching quad BOP and side door stripper, no custom adapter required, drastically shorten wellhead rig-up time.

Segmented Combination Structure

Modular split design, freely combine 4ft / 8ft single sections to adjust total lubricator height according wellhead height and operation demand, convenient transportation and storage when disassembled.

What’s the difference between 10K and 15K lubricator?

10K version max working pressure 10,000PSI, test pressure 15,000PSI for conventional wells; 15K version rated 15,000PSI, test pressure 22,500PSI for ultra-deep high-pressure fracturing jobs.

How to choose bore size?
