Our coiled tubing pressure & tensile test plate is a specialized fixture for performing hydraulic pressure testing and tension pulling tests on coiled tubing sections before field deployment. The large cylindrical flange test plate serves as the main load-bearing mandrel: it anchors the coiled tubing end, transmits huge tensile pulling force during tension testing, and forms a sealed end cavity for internal hydrostatic testing. The matching high-pressure manual needle valve connects to the internal cavity, used to inject test fluid, vent air and monitor internal pressure during pressure testing.
The main test plate body adopts monolithic forged alloy steel with precision machining; long side slots optimize stress distribution while retaining structural rigidity under large tensile load. The needle valve is constructed from stainless steel for excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance. Sour-grade material versions comply with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for testing H₂S service coiled tubing. This assembly is widely used in coiled tubing manufacturing plants, service yards to verify tubing pressure bearing capacity, tensile strength, check for hidden cracks and leakage before downhole operations.
