The 80K coiled tubing injector head is high-load core traction equipment specially designed for heavy-duty truck-mounted, skid-mounted and trailer coiled tubing units. With a maximum continuous pulling force of 80,000 LBS and snubbing force up to 40,000 LBS, it supports 1.5"–2.875" coiled tubing, perfectly matching deep high-pressure wells, heavy fracturing and sour gas well intervention operations. This CT injector adapts to extreme outdoor environments from -20℃ to 55℃, resisting wind, sand, rain, snow and high humidity. All operator contact edges are rounded to comply with HSE safety standards. 1. Imported Linde High-Power Hydraulic Drive System
Dual Linde HMV variable displacement piston motors drive two planetary reducers via spline shafts to rotate transmission sprockets and chains. Motors default to maximum displacement; displacement automatically decreases when pressure exceeds 115 PSI for ultra-precise low-speed control. Each motor is equipped with imported pressure relief brake (180 PSI initial release / 250 PSI full release) and Linde CBV balance valve to prevent tubing runaway, ensuring stable load holding under extreme well pressure.
2. Three-Group Constant Pressure Clamping Assembly
3 pairs of clamping cylinders divided into upper, middle and lower clamping groups, each fitted with a 1L accumulator to maintain stable clamping pressure. Uniform tubing clamping reduces slip wear and tubing deformation, reliably gripping all 1.5"~2.875" coiled tubing sizes during pulling & snubbing operations.
3. Heavy-Duty 200-Type Transmission Chain
Adopts special 200 heavy-load transmission chain, equipped with 60 slip bases in total. Each slip base is fitted with dual roller bearings and slips, connected by spring pins for fast on-site disassembly and replacement without hoisting the injector. Four tension cylinders and dual sprockets keep the chain consistently tightened during long-time continuous work.
4. 72" Hydraulic Foldable Guide Gooseneck
Hydraulically driven folding gooseneck with 5 built-in guide rollers. The top three roller boxes are hydraulically opened/closed, others manually locked with high-strength anti-jump fasteners to avoid tubing popping out. All roller shafts are reserved with grease lubrication holes, complete with dedicated 1.5" roller set and climbing maintenance ladder. Folding control valve is integrated on the injector base for easy operation.
5. Explosion-Proof Electronic Load Transducer
24V explosion-proof load cell outputs standard 4–20mA signal: 12mA for zero load, 16mA corresponds to 80,000 LBS pulling load, 10mA corresponds to -40,000 LBS snubbing load. Complete with matching cable and plug for direct connection to the coiled tubing unit control panel, providing real-time accurate load monitoring for well safety control.
6. 40T High Load-Bearing Foldable Frame & Full Safety Design
