The NTPA300 liquid nitrogen plunger pump is a horizontal single-acting triplex reciprocating cryogenic pump with a rated maximum input power of 300 brake horsepower, engineered for flexible, low-footprint oilfield nitrogen pumping service. The pump adopts a three-piece modular layout consisting of power end, cryogenic cold end and intermediate baffle assembly for easy disassembly, inspection and on-site overhaul. The power end is equipped with a forged one-piece crankshaft supported by heavy-duty roller bearings, delivering stable torque transmission under continuous high-load cryogenic pumping conditions. The stainless steel cold end assembly resists liquid nitrogen cryogenic temperature embrittlement and erosion-corrosion. The intermediate baffle integrates plunger wiper rings and scraper rings to prevent cryogenic fluid migration into the power end crankcase oil system.
