LNP180-105/Q-HR is a heavy-duty 15,000PSI ultra-high pressure liquid nitrogen pump skid, specially developed for ultra-deep well high-pressure acid fracturing, sour reservoir stimulation and large-scale coiled tubing nitrogen injection operations. Matched with optional 2000gal ASME vacuum insulated liquid nitrogen storage tank as full nitrogen service package. Powered by genuine VOLVO TAD1651VE 600HP turbo diesel engine, this skid adopts USA CS&P five-cylinder low-temperature high-pressure plunger pump and waste heat recovery water-bath vaporization system, eliminating extra heating fuel consumption. Stable nitrogen output at 15℃~21℃ with max flow rate up to 180,000 SCFH, rated working pressure 103.4MPa (15,000PSI). The whole unit integrates DURST transfer box, Danfoss full hydraulic system, stainless high-pressure manifold and centralized mechanical control cabinet. All assemblies pre-mounted on integrated heavy steel skid, compact layout for container & flatbed truck transportation. Stable operation within -20℃ ~ +50℃, altitude ≤2000m, fully compliant with oilfield HSE and ASME standards, ideal for deep high-pressure oil & gas well service fleets.
Adopts genuine VOLVO TAD1651VE 600HP turbocharged diesel engine, matched three-in-one composite cooling system (aftercooler + air intercooler), stable full-load output under +50℃ high-temperature desert oilfields.
