LNP180-70/GQ-HR 180K Liquid Nitrogen Pump Skid is heavy-duty integrated liquid nitrogen pumping equipment specially developed for onshore oil & gas nitrogen stimulation operations. The whole skid adopts CAT C15 diesel engine as prime power, matched with triplex low-temperature high-pressure plunger pump, USA CS&P cryogenic booster centrifugal pump, DURST transfer case and LINDE closed hydraulic system.

This nitrogen pump skid applies engine waste heat recovery gasification technology, eliminating extra heating fuel consumption, delivering stable nitrogen output at 15℃~21℃. All piping, valves and control cabinet are integrated on a unified steel transport skid, supporting integral hoisting and fast rig-up on site. The unit operates reliably under -29℃ ~ +45℃ ambient temperature, altitude ≤1000m, fully meeting fracturing, well cleanout, pressure testing, nitrogen displacement and snubbing operation demands.

Strictly designed and manufactured following oilfield industry standards, the skid structure is treated with heavy anti-corrosion coating, fully compliant with HSE safety specifications, equipped with PLC automatic monitoring system for full-process real-time data display and emergency protection.
