The GT 148-80-84/2-6500 chain drive coiled tubing reel skid is core heavy-duty CT supporting equipment for onshore oil & gas well intervention, fully compliant with SY/T industry standards and ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
This integrated tubing reel skid integrates reel base, chain hydraulic drive assembly, double inlet high pressure manifold, mechanical forced level wind, remote pneumatic tubing lubrication, pressure & flow sensors, dual depth counter assembly, optional explosion-proof video monitoring and transport skid. All components are pre-assembled before delivery, supporting integral hoisting and fast field connection to coiled tubing units.
The chain drive CT reel skid stably operates under -20℃ ~ 55℃ all-weather conditions, resisting sandstorm, rain, snow and coastal corrosion. The whole machine adopts sandblasting anti-corrosion coating, with complete operation platform, safety handrails and HSE standard protection design, easy for daily inspection and maintenance. Adopts imported France hydraulic motor and Germany planetary gear reducer chain drive structure, output stable large torque for long-distance tubing spooling. Built-in spring loaded hydraulic release brake avoids free slipping under heavy load, eliminates tubing rebound risks. Low vibration, stable operation and low failure rate for long-hour deep well CT construction.
Equipped with double inlet 2" FIG1502 union high pressure manifold, matched with STONE brand rotary union, PARKER pressure relief needle valve and EDD high pressure flowmeter. Complete tees, 90° long radius elbows and plug valves are pre-installed. Real-time pressure & flow data monitoring, zero leakage under ultra-high pressure, fully meets fracturing and acidizing high-pressure construction demands.
148-inch large flange reel can fully store 6500 meters 2-inch coiled tubing without intermediate tube transfer, greatly improving deep well operation efficiency. Hollowed reel disc realizes lightweight design and excellent heat dissipation, effectively preventing tubing deformation and damage during frequent spooling.
Hydraulic assisted mechanical forced level wind realizes neat automatic tubing arrangement, effectively prevent tube overlapping, extrusion and fatigue damage. Remote pneumatic lubrication system can be controlled from operation room, evenly lubricate tubing outer wall to reduce friction loss and extend CT service life.
Dual set of mechanical counter and electronic encoder double verify tubing running depth, avoid counting error. Optional explosion-proof video surveillance device monitors reel pipe arrangement status in real time, operators can observe working conditions from control room to prevent pipe jamming accidents.
Whole set fixed on transport base via container twist locks, matched with special lifting slings and locking chains for safe sea & land transportation.
