This CT injector is built to operate reliably under extreme outdoor conditions from -20℃ to 55℃. All operator-contact sharp edges are blunted to comply with HSE safety standards. 1. Imported Linde HMV135 High Power Hydraulic Drive
Dual Linde HMV135 variable displacement piston motors drive planetary reducers via spline shafts to rotate sprockets and heavy-duty chain. Motors default to full displacement; displacement automatically decreases when working pressure exceeds 115 PSI for ultra-precise low-speed manipulation. Each motor is fitted with imported pressure relief brake (160PSI initial release / 230PSI full release) and Linde CBV balance valve to prevent tubing runaway, reliable for extreme heavy load holding.
2. Four-Pair Multi-Stage Constant Pressure Clamping System
4 pairs of clamping cylinders divided into upper, middle (2 pairs) and lower clamping groups, each matched with independent 1L accumulator to maintain stable clamping pressure. Multi-group clamping design realizes uniform full-surface grip on coiled tubing, minimizing slip wear and tubing deformation during long-time pulling & snubbing.
3. Heavy-Duty 200-Type Transmission Chain with 66 Slips
Adopts special 200 heavy-load transmission chain, equipped with total 66 slip bases. Each slip base is installed with dual roller bearings and slips, connected by spring pins for fast on-site disassembly & replacement without hoisting the injector. Four tension cylinders and dual sprockets keep the chain consistently tightened during continuous heavy-load operation.
4. 100" Hydraulic Foldable Guide Gooseneck
Hydraulically controlled folding gooseneck with 5 built-in guide rollers. Top 3 roller boxes hydraulically open/close, others manually locked with high-strength anti-jump fasteners to stop tubing popping out. All roller shafts reserve grease lubrication holes, complete with dedicated 2" roller set and climbing maintenance ladder; folding control valve is integrated on the base for convenient operation.
5. Explosion-Proof 4-20mA Electronic Load Transducer
24V explosion-proof load cell outputs standard 4–20mA signal: 12mA for zero load, 17mA corresponds to 100,000 LBS pulling load, 9.5mA corresponds to -50,000 LBS snubbing load. Complete with cable and plug for direct connection to the coiled tubing unit control panel.
6. Heavy-Duty Foldable Frame & Full Safety Design
- Four top lifting lugs with total rated load of 50T; base and stripper flange support 50T hanging load
- Three-sided foldable working platforms + detachable safety guardrails, all sharp edges blunted per HSE
