Product Overview

Our venturi junk basket leverages the venturi effect to capture downhole metallic debris, mill cuttings, scale fragments and other small junk from the wellbore. When circulation fluid is pumped through the tool, the internal venturi nozzle creates a low-pressure zone that draws junk and debris into the collection chamber. A flap-type retainer or finger catcher at the chamber inlet prevents captured debris from escaping when circulation stops. The venturi design provides efficient junk collection without rotating components, reducing mechanical failure risk. The collection chamber can be emptied and the tool re-run for multiple cleanout cycles without tripping out. High-strength alloy steel construction withstands harsh downhole conditions. Standard thread connections integrate with coiled tubing BHA or workover strings.
