Product Overview
Our Rivet Connector is a robust mechanical coupling specially engineered to connect coiled tubing with bottom hole assemblies for oil & gas well intervention. It adopts a multi-point rivet fastening locking design, securing the inner tubing wall evenly via distributed alloy rivets to deliver stable bidirectional tension and torque transmission. Different from traditional slip-type connectors, the rivet locking structure eliminates slip loosening risks under long-duration jarring, milling and pulling loads. The integrated slim outer diameter matches the coiled tubing body perfectly, avoiding stuck hazards inside restricted-ID casings, nipples and slimhole sections. Manufactured from high-strength forged alloy steel with anti-corrosion surface treatment, it supports both standard sweet wells and H2S sour well environments. All rivet fasteners are independently replaceable for low-cost on-site maintenance without replacing the whole connector body.
