Our heavy-duty motor head assembly serves as the load-bearing output unit for downhole drilling motors used in coiled tubing and workover operations. It transmits rotational torque and axial load from the power section to the bit or mill, while accommodating the eccentric motion of the motor power section. The assembly includes a rugged bearing stack, drive shaft, housing and connection subs. Precision machined from high-strength alloy steel, the bearing assembly is designed to handle the high thrust and radial loads generated during milling, drilling and fishing operations. Large bore allows circulation of drilling fluid through the motor to the bit. Sour service material options comply with NACE MR0175 standards.
