Product Overview

Our dual plate check valve is a premium one-way flow control tool installed in coiled tubing downhole assemblies to prevent undesirable reverse fluid flow during well intervention, cementing, fracturing and workover operations. Two independent spring-loaded flap plates close automatically when reverse flow occurs, providing redundant sealing against backpressure. When forward flow is applied, the plates pivot open with minimal pressure drop, allowing high-rate forward circulation. The dual-plate design ensures continued sealing even if one plate is damaged by debris or erosion, greatly enhancing operational safety. Precision machined from high-strength alloy steel with hardened seating surfaces, the check valve delivers reliable long-term performance in abrasive, corrosive and high-pressure downhole environments. Standard threaded connections integrate directly with coiled tubing connectors and bottom hole assemblies. Sour-grade material options complying with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 are available for H₂S and CO₂ wells.
