ZCP-Ⅰ mechanical retrievable packer is a mechanically set and retrievable zonal isolation tool designed for coiled tubing, workover and completion operations. It utilizes a proven mechanical setting mechanism that can be actuated by tubing rotation or reciprocation, eliminating the need for complex hydraulic setting assemblies or wireline explosive charges. The packer features an advanced bidirectional slip system and high-performance rubber sealing element with anti-extrusion backup rings, providing reliable annular isolation under high differential pressure and temperature conditions. Its through-bore design allows passage of well intervention tools, enabling through-tubing operations below the packer. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant alloy steel, it is available in standard and sour service material grades complying with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standards.
