Product Overview
The Ball Activated Circulation Valve is a flow control tool designed for coiled tubing downhole intervention strings, matched for use with release dart tools. Construction operators deliver a drop ball inside the coiled tubing string, build internal tubing pressure to push the built-in piston downward, the piston shears pre-installed shear pins, and side circulation ports are exposed to create a communicating flow channel between the coiled tubing inner bore and the annulus, re-establishing stable downhole fluid circulation.
This circulation valve adopts fully customizable shear pin design: both the quantity of shear pins and the shear breaking pressure rating can be modified and adjusted according to customer well construction technical requirements. Two complete service grades are supplied to match diverse reservoir environments: STD standard grade for conventional sweet oil wells without hydrogen sulfide corrosive media, and H₂S sour service grade constructed with sulfur-resistant alloy for high-H₂S corrosive sour gas well working conditions.
