Product Overview

The Fast Rotary Wash Tool is a high-speed rotating dedicated downhole cleaning tool developed for coiled tubing well intervention operations, capable of continuous full 360° rotary movement to realize all-round dead-zone-free cleaning of tubing and casing inner walls.

This rotary wash tool is configured with two independent nozzle groups: lateral side nozzles and downward bottom nozzles. The lateral side jet nozzles provide circumferential reaction thrust to drive the tool body to rotate at high speed, while simultaneously performing full circumference descaling and wall cleaning on the inner surface of production tubing and casing. The separate downward through-flow nozzle outputs vertical high-pressure jet flow, which breaks up and flushes compact sand sediment accumulated at the bottom of the wellbore.

The tool body features a structural design that generates minimal interference from downhole debris and sediment, enabling consistent and stable rotating cleaning performance even in complex vertical and horizontal wellbore working environments.

Two complete service grades are supplied to adapt diverse reservoir environments: STD standard grade for conventional sweet oil wells without hydrogen sulfide corrosive media; H₂S sour service grade manufactured with sulfur-resistant alloy to adapt high-H₂S corrosive sour gas well downhole working conditions.

The standardized product lineup covers outer diameter sizes ranging from 1-1/2" to 3-1/8", with matched overall make-up length specifications, equipped with standard 1" AMMT and 2-3/8" PAC bottom connection threads for universal compatibility with mainstream coiled tubing connectors and wellbore cleaning downhole service tools.
