Product Overview
The Double Dimple-on Connector is a double-sided dimple-type coiled tubing downhole fitting designed to splice two separate coiled tubing sections into a single continuous tubing string. Operators insert the two ends of coiled tubing into both sides of this connector, then use a dedicated hydraulic dimpling tool to press dimples into the tubing wall, locking the tubing tightly with the internal profile of the connector. This connector delivers two core superior performances: high tensile strength and excellent torque resistance, which can withstand heavy axial pulling loads and torque transmission requirements during drilling, cutting, fishing and other downhole operations.
