Our rotary washing tool provides rotational jet cleaning for casing inner wall descaling, sand removal and wellbore cleanout operations. The tool features a hydraulically driven rotating nozzle head that directs high-pressure jetting fluid against the casing wall. As the nozzle rotates, it creates a helical cleaning pattern that effectively removes scale, paraffin, sand deposits and other wellbore obstructions. The rotating nozzle design provides more thorough coverage than stationary jetting tools. Hardened nozzle orifices resist erosion from abrasive cleaning fluids. The tool is compatible with water, brine, acid and solvent cleaning fluids. Standard thread connections for integration with coiled tubing BHA or workover strings.
