Our torque resistant external slip connector is a premium mechanical coupling built to connect coiled tubing with bottom hole assemblies for high-torque milling, sidetracking and fishing applications. It adopts external wedge slip clamping mechanism to grip the outer wall of coiled tubing firmly; special anti-rotation slip tooth design delivers reliable bidirectional torque transmission, avoiding connection slippage during long-duration rotary operations.

The forged alloy steel body integrates multi-ring sealing grooves to achieve stable high-pressure sealing. Axial tension will drive wedge slips to produce self-locking effect, further increase clamping force to prevent tubing pull-out. Slip inserts can be replaced separately after wear instead of replacing the whole connector, lowering operating expenses. We provide sour-grade material compliant with ISO 15156 standards to adapt to H₂S / CO₂ corrosive well environments. This connector eliminates tubing damage caused by dimpling processing of traditional connectors, extending coiled tubing service life for heavy workover programs.
