Our sliding sleeve shift tool is a dedicated downhole actuation tool designed to open, close or adjust the position of production sliding sleeves via coiled tubing, slickline or wireline runs. The tool adopts retractable locking lug assemblies at both ends to securely engage the internal profile of target sliding sleeves; operators apply tensile or torsional force from surface to shift the sleeve and switch wellbore flow channels. Precision CNC machined from high-strength forged alloy steel, the modular segmented body improves structural flexibility to adapt to minor well deviation. Hardened locking lugs deliver excellent wear resistance for repeated sleeve engagement cycles. Multi-stage internal sealing prevents well fluid from entering tool cavities. Sour-resistant metallurgy options comply with NACE MR0175 standards for H₂S/CO₂ corrosive wells. This tool is widely used for zonal production control, selective injection, temporary zone isolation and post-frac flow adjustment.
