80K INJECTOR – Coiled Tubing Injector Head
OVERVIEW
- The coiled tubing unit injector can be used in conventional coiled tubing unit such as truck mounted type, skid mounted type , trailer mounted type , etc.
- The equipment can work in the natural environment such as wind, sand, humidity, rain and snow. The operating environment temperature range is -20℃ ~ 55℃.
- The sharp corners and corners that may be contacted by the operator on the equipment should be blunted, which shall comply with HSE specifications for personnel protection.
- The hydraulic or electrical interface of the supplied equipment is marked with function, and the layout of hydraulic hoses and circuit wires is reasonable.
- All instruments of the supplied equipment meet the corresponding seismic requirements, and the unit of hydraulic pressure gauge is PSI.
- Before painting, the surface of the equipment should be pretreated, including sandblasting, pickling, etc., to remove oil and rust.
- The main parameters of the supplied equipment shall be subject to this technical Agreement. If there is any change, it shall be implemented with the consent of both parties through negotiation. Dimensions and weight

Performance Parameters
Main specification
- Injector driving system
Driving system consists of two variable displacement piston motor by spline shaft drive two planetary reducers, gear reducer driving two chain sprockets to drive the chain rotation. Hydraulic motor is in the biggest displacement position by default. When applied pressure of motor displacement is greater than 115 psi, the motor displacement changes smaller gradually till the minimum displacement. The two motor outputs are equipped with pressure-relief brakes with an initial release pressure of 180psi and a full release pressure of 250psi. Two balance valves are installed at the bottom of the two hydraulic motors to prevent the injector from stalling. Hydraulic motor adopts LINDE HMV motor, balance valve adopts linde CBV slide valve balance valve.Hydraulic motor, balance valve, brake are imported.
- Injector clamping mechanism
The injector clamping mechanism consists of 3 pairs of clamping cylinders, 1 pair of sliding rail plate and 3 pairs of sliding rail clamping plate. The 3 pairs of clamping cylinders are divided into three groups, upper clamping, middle clamping and lower clamping. The three clamping contains 1 pairs of clamping cylinders, and each group of clamping cylinders is matched with an 1L accumulator.
- Injector tensioning mechanism
The tensioning mechanism consists of 4 tensioning cylinders, 2 sprockets, 4 traction bearings and so on, used for chain tensioning.
- Injector chain assembly
The chain assembly is composed of transmission chain, slips matrix,bearing, slips, etc., the chain is types 200 special transmission chain, the chain is equipped with slips matrix, each slip matrix is equipped with 2 roller bearings, slips. The slips matrixs are connected by spring pin, convenient disassembly, There are 60 slips in total.
- External frame
The external frame of injector is divided into upper frame and base. The top of the upper frame is provided with 4 lifting lugs. The total rated load of the 4 lifting points is 40T. Central plane of diagonal lug is in the same plane.The top of the upper frame is equipped with a removable guardrail, and the bottom of the upper frame is connected with the base. The lifting load of the base can be 40T. The bottom of the base is installed with a stripper flange, and the load of stripper flange can bear 40T. Three sides of the base are equipped with folding platforms .The guardrail is reliable and fixed.
- Gooseneck
The injector is equipped with 72”goose neck, the goose neck is folding type, the hydraulic oil cylinders control the gooseneck folding and stretching.Goose neck is equipped with five rollers. The top three roller box are controlled by the hydraulic oil cylinder opening and closing, the rest through manual control, the roller box is equipped with high strength fastener, prevent the tubing bounce off roller box, gooseneck folding control valve installed on the injector base, Gooseneck roller box needs to be controlled by external control valve, gooseneck is equipped with a set of 1.5” gooseneck roller. All gooseneck roller shaft with lubricating hole.Gooseneck roller need to be greased. Gooseneck supporting ladder is easy to climb.
- Load transducer
The injector is equipped with explosion-proof electronic load sensor. Power supply of sensor is 24V, output 4-20mA current signal, 12mA is zero. when the output current is 16mA, the corresponding load is 80000lbs, when the output current is 10mA, the corresponding load is -40000lbs. The electronic load sensor equipped with a connector and cable connect to control panel.

(1) The injector is equipped with pneumatic lubrication system for the lubrication of the injector chain, and is equipped with no less than 15L lubricating oil, it requires the air source input pressure of 0.2-0.6mpa;
(2) The injector is equipped with a set of 1.5 "slips, each slip contains 4 fixed pins;
(3) The injector frame is equipped with no less than 9m anti-fall device;
(4) The injector is equipped with four-leg lifting slings for lifting the injector. The rated load of lifting slings is 14.4T;
(5) The injector is equipped with imported brand mechanical odometer, which is used to record the mileage of the injector for daily maintenance;
(6) The main paint color of injector is 3020 red;

Quality assurance
During the warranty period, the supplier shall repair, maintain or replace all quality problems related to design and selection of the equipment free of charge. The warranty does not include worn parts, which include (but not limited to) : filter elements, all rubber seals, etc. The warranty period shall be carried out according to the contract
Acceptance
After the equipment is assembled, both parties shall arrange an acceptance team to carry out factory acceptance of the equipment. At the time of acceptance, the expenses incurred by the demander in proposing non-stipulated rectification items shall be borne by demander. After the completion of the in-factory acceptance, both parties shall sign the factory acceptance report. After the equipment is delivered to the demander, the demander shall conduct formal acceptance inspection within 2 months or within 1 week after the completion of the first test (whichever comes earlier), and both parties shall sign the formal acceptance report.
