Product Overview

The Burst Disc Circulation Valve is a dedicated circulation rebuilding tool matched for coiled tubing downhole intervention strings, normally installed below drop-ball matched coiled tubing service tools. When downhole blockage leads to circulation loss, operators apply preset internal pressure inside the coiled tubing string; once the internal pressure exceeds the rated rupture pressure of the built-in burst disc, the disc ruptures to create an unobstructed flow passage between the coiled tubing inner bore and the annulus, effectively re-establishing normal downhole fluid circulation, and it works in coordination with drop ball tools for complete operation flow.

This circulation valve adopts replaceable burst disc design, supporting multiple optional burst pressure ratings to match different well depth, formation pressure and construction process requirements.
