Our screw type hydraulic oscillator is a flow-driven downhole vibration tool widely used for horizontal, extended-reach coiled tubing drilling, milling and fishing operations. When pumped fluid flows through the internal helical screw rotor assembly, the rotor converts hydraulic energy into periodic axial reciprocating vibration, transmitting vibration along the whole tubing string. The micro reciprocating motion greatly decreases static friction between tubing and casing wall, reducing surface pulling force, lowering tubing stuck risk and improving operation efficiency for long horizontal laterals.
The tool adopts integrated high-strength alloy housing and precision machined helical screw stator-rotor pair. Wear-resistant coating is applied on flow contact components to resist erosion from sand-laden fluid. Multiple sealing stages prevent well fluid from entering structural gaps. Sour-grade material options comply with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standards for H₂S and CO₂ corrosive wells. It can be directly assembled into bottom hole assemblies to resolve high friction issues that restrict maximum reach of coiled tubing operations.
