Product Overview

Our bow spring centralizer is a classic flexible centering tool widely applied in casing running, cementing and coiled tubing intervention operations. It consists of a central threaded mandrel, compression spring assembly and multiple curved bow springs. When running downhole inside casing, the bow springs compress to reduce outer diameter for low-friction tripping; after passing through restricted well sections, the elastic bows rebound automatically to hold the tubing/casing string at the center of borehole. The internal helical spring structure provides stable elastic compensation for wellbore diameter variations and minor casing deformation. High-grade alloy steel bows undergo precision heat treatment to maintain consistent elasticity under repeated compression. The threaded mandrel supports connection with various downhole assemblies; anti-corrosion material options comply with NACE standards for H₂S and CO₂ corrosive wells. This centralizer effectively improves cement sheath uniformity during cementing, reduces casing wear caused by wall contact, and protects sensitive downhole tools from eccentric abrasion.
